Private citizens and businesses can find function event rates at the 1858Townhouse website. 

Town Resident Discount – Town residents are welcome to make a membership donation which gives a 5% discount off the private rates.

Discounted rates listed on the SherbornCommunityCenter.com site only apply to Affiliate Groups which are our local non-profit groups such as the schools, churches, and COA.

Our Foundation is Privately Funded. Private event rentals help fund our operations.
