Rental Rates
Weekdays – No charge for renting
any of the rooms
Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday
– Great Hall: $100; School Room: $70; Conference Room: $30; all three
rooms: $150
Additional fees
•Cleaning fee whenever food is served: $50
•Qualification fee for caterer not on recommended list: $150
•Hostess fee for events where the number of guests is equal or greater than 50: $100
•Furniture knockdown fee, determined on the basis of time required at $20/hour, if the renting group request the service
