Usage Fees and Rates

Usage Fees: These fees cover the expense of administering the building in a clean and safe manner and are assessed regardless of the rental rate.  These are pass through costs where the Community Center outsources these services.

1. Cleaning fee whenever food is served: $50.00
2. Qualification fee for caterer not on recommended list: $150.00
3. Hostess fee for events where the number of guests is equal or greater than 50 or is open to the general public: $100.00
4. Hostess fee for events where alcohol is present ( must also have general liability insurance): $100.00
5. Furniture knockdown gee, determined on the basis of time required at $20/hr, if the renting group requests the service or causes need. (This typically runs $40.00)
